County mailboxes are in the Superintendent's Office on the first floor of the 4-H Building and should be checked daily. 
If the county name is not on the envelope, it is likely that it will not be delivered to the delegate and will NOT be returned.
Mail to 4-H staff should be addressed in care of your 4-H department/program.
