Program & Lodging Fees

Program Fee
This fee covers an equal share of such fixed noncompetitive program costs as health care, emergency vehicle rental, telephones, sound equipment, printing, capital improvement projects, clerical assistance, facility rental, and busing.

  • A one-time program fee of $25.00 will be assessed for all youth participants except State 4-H Ambassadors, State Arts-In Participants and paid event staff.
  • One more exception will apply to the $25.00 program fee.  Judging Team, County Arts-In and Share-the-Fun participants who only come during the day to give their performance and do not stay overnight will be charged a $15.00 program fee.  Judging Team, County Arts-In and Share-the-Fun participants who stay overnight will be charged the full $25.00 program fee.
  • Adults attending as chaperones will be charged a $25.00 program fee.
Lodging Fee
Lodging for both youth and adults will be available at $16.00 per night on the fairgrounds or in the University of Minnesota dormitories.  Reservations for lodging for all participants (youth and adults) are to be made by computer registration.
