| Areas of Authority: | The Agility Committee has the authority to:

| Membership: | Any 4-H’er, 4-H parent, 4-H leader, or Extension Educator
is welcome to attend 4-H Agility Committee meetings. The Agility
Committee Membership – those with voting privileges – is made up of the
following individuals:

| Selection: | The members of the Agility Committee will be selected by an application process. Staggered terms will be for three years. Volunteers will submit an application to the Agility Committee Chair. Vacancies will be filled by approval of the existing committee members. | |
| Meetings: | The Agility Committee will meet at least twice a year – more if needed. Typically, meetings will be in the spring and fall – a few weeks before the meetings of the Minnesota State 4-H Dog Project. This way we will have proposals and reports prepared for their meetings. | |
