Creating the New 4HPlus! Year

ULTRA - QUICK process

FOR COUNTY OFFICES ONLY

In order for county office computers to continue getting updates from the Regional Office, two steps must be completed.

First, they must must be upgraded to the current version Click here to access the version upgrade.

Second, they must create the new data shell, as follows::

• Click on [Goto] [Utilities] [Factory]
• Click [Cancel] on the message/warning box
• Enter the daily password

• Hit the [Tab] key on your keyboard
• Select option [15) - Create New Data Set]
• Click [Process]

4HPlus! will then close, and when restarted, will be in the new year's dataset, HOWEVER, the data reported as "2010" data will NOT be current! (See note below)
