4h4me.com Staff User Accounts

Many of the steps on this page can be completed
by either
County or Regional staff.
Please make sure that any work done, is in agreement with any
decisions made locally regarding staff roles
| NOTE: | IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you use Internet Explorer (IE) - not Firefox - as your browser when completing these operations. 4HPlus! simply uses whatever browser is defined as "Default" on your computer - therefore, if Firefox is your default browser you will need to temporarily make IE your default browser. To do this, start up IE, click on Tools>Internet Options, then click on the "Programs" tab and click on the "Make Default" button. You can also set both IE and Firefox to check what your default browser is and give you an easy option to change that on browser startup. |
Creating and Maintaining Staff User Accounts
In order for 4-H staff to have access to the 4h4me.com web data, an account must be created. These accounts can be created/edited/deleted by using a copy of 4HPlus!.
For County Staff (staff who access data from one county)
This will start up your web browser, taking you to an internal page of the 4h4me.com website.
If new staff members need to be added, click on [Enter New County Staff Member]
For Regional Office Staff (staff who access data from one county)
Regional Staff can have a login account for each county seperately using the above process, or a special multi-county login account can be created. Because those multi-county accounts require a unique dataset it is suggested that assistance in creating these accounts be requested from 4-H Software Support.
