NOTE:

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you use Internet Explorer (IE) - not Firefox - as your browser when completing these operations.

4HPlus! simply uses whatever browser is defined as "Default" on your computer - therefore, if Firefox is your default browser you will need to temporarily make IE your default browser.

To do this, start up IE, click on Tools>Internet Options, then click on the "Programs" tab and click on the "Make Default" button. You can also set both IE and Firefox to check what your default browser is and give you an easy option to change that on browser startup.


 

Distributing Login Information to Members and Leaders

There are a variety of ways to distribute 4h4me login information to Members and Leaders:

  1. Create an SQL-Mail Merge hard-copy mailing that is sent to every member or leader - including their login information (which is accessible and available from the 4HPlus! Members SQL tool).

  2. Generate an SQL Report for each club that lists the Members, the Leaders and their login info

  3. Inform Members and Leaders that they themselves can request their password from 4h4me.com.
    (However, this only works if they have submitted an e-mail address on their enrollment form.
    )

To support any of the above options, this welcome letter can serve as a template for distributing login information
