4h4me.com is an online database that synchronizes with 4HPlus!
(4-H enrollment database) and provides each member, leader and staff
members with their own username and password, providing them access
to the appropriate information.

Features for 4-H Youth:
- Potential members can enter their enrollment data online
- Members can access their enrollment data, update their contact info, e-mail address, etc.
- Members can view and (if allowed by staff) change their club and project enrollment
- Members can view pictures, messages, files and web links unique to their club (as uploaded by their club leaders)
- Members can create their own unique 4-H Online Portfolio, based on their 4-H records
Features for 4-H Adults:
- Potential leaders can enter their enrollment data online
- Leaders have the same access as members (numbers 2, 3, and 4 above)
- Leaders can upload pictures, messages, files and web links specifically for their club
- Leaders can produce reports and labels for the club and project area(s) they are enrolled in
Features for 4-H Staff:
- 4-H staff can have read/write access to enrollment, club and project enrollment data for all members and leaders – allowing them to do anything that the Members and Leaders can do.
- 4-H staff can produce basic reports and labels without having 4HPlus! on their computer
Requesting your 4h4me password
One of the features of 4h4me.com is the security features built into it – nearly the entire site is password protected, requiring a username and ID, which is unique to each person. However, if you have provided an active and valid e-mail address as part of your 4-H enrollment, you can request that your 4h4me.com userid and password be e-mailed to you as follows.
- At www.4h4me.com click on “Leader” under “I am already a…”
- On the resulting screens, select “MN” and your County (followed by clicking on “Submit”)
- As indicated, enter your e-mail address and click to have your ID and password e-mailed to you
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the e-mail does not come through, please check your blocked e-mails. If you have not provided a valid e-mail address as part of your 4-H enrollment, or the above process is unsuccessful, please contact your local Extension Office
